Sheet metal fabrication according to standard 9100 for the aerospace industry.

Our young team attaches great importance to a high-quality result during production with ultra-modern sheet metal working machines. This was tested and confirmed in the certification process according to DIN EN 9100, the standard for the aerospace industry. In August 2020, TÜV Rheinland handed over the certificate according to the 9100 series of standards to BVS Systemtechnik.

With our systematic quality management we continuously check and optimize all essential operational processes. Of course, the work processes are clearly documented. In addition, certification to DIN EN 9100 places particular emphasis on risk analysis and assessment, supplier monitoring, the traceability of all raw materials and supplies used and the avoidance of counterfeit parts. In addition, standards are defined for handling special processes, such as welding. Our specialist welders are masters of their craft, as confirmed by their welding certificate and they prove this every day in our ISO 3834 approved welding company.
