Doppelaudit nach EN 9100 und 9001: BVS Systemtechnik Gebäude mit Hinweis auf Doppelaudit

Double audit according to EN 9100 and 9001

🚀 Successful double audit in Schwerin according to EN 9100 and 9001! 🚀

BVS Systemtechnik stays on course – with reconfirmed quality and safety in aerospace technology! Last week in April, we successfully completed an intensive double audit, which not only confirmed our recertification to EN 9100:2018, but also to EN 9001. These standards place the highest demands on quality, traceability and process reliability.

✈️ Whether structural components, mechanical systems or complex assemblies – from initial design to delivery.

📌 For our customers, this means: proven reliability, maximum delivery reliability and a partner you can rely on – today and tomorrow.

The next recertification is due in 2026, while in 2025 we will implement the recommendations from the audit and further expand our roadmap with a particular focus on sustainability and CO2 reduction.

💬 “Certification is not a status for us – it is a continuous demand we place on ourselves.”

Many thanks to our entire team and especially to the QA team!

400 kWp solar system

New 400 kWp solar power system for self-supply started operation

400 kWp solar plant: We are pleased to announce the launch of our new 400 kWp solar plant! This innovative system is designed to cover the majority of our energy consumption at the plant, supporting not only our production and administration, but also the charging infrastructure for electric cars.

Perfect orientation for maximum hours of sunshine

Our solar modules are well positioned: In the morning, they catch the first rays of sunlight in the east and then supply us with valuable electricity until late in the evening. Even if the system may seem a little oversized at the moment, it is perfectly prepared for the future growth of our company, be it for new machines or expansions to our company park.

Focus on independence and sustainability

With the installation in October of this year and the start of grid operation in the first quarter of 2025, we are focusing on greater independence from the electricity market and minimizing risks from price fluctuations. At the same time, we are making an important contribution to reducing our carbon footprint and supporting the regional economy – because we deliberately chose a regional supplier. This not only strengthens the local economy, but also ensures short distances and direct communication.

Sustainable orientation for the future

The modules of the system are well aligned in an east-west direction in order to make optimum use of the first rays of sunshine in the morning and the longest possible hours of sunshine into the evening. This ensures a continuous power supply. Although the system is currently slightly oversized, it is perfectly aligned for future growth – be it for new machines or an expansion of our company park.

Future-oriented analysis

After about a year of operation, we will carry out a detailed data analysis to check whether an expansion of the system makes sense and how the system will affect our energy supply in the long term.
