Summer Party: Celebrating Together and Saying Thank You

At this year’s BVS Systemtechnik summer party in Schwerin, in addition to the great atmosphere and time spent together, the focus was above all on a special occasion: bidding farewell to a longtime colleague as he entered his well-deserved retirement.

The celebration began at 11 a.m. with a special moment: During a small farewell ceremony, gifts were presented and personal words were shared with Detlef, who has supported the company with dedication and commitment since 2018. Detlef was there from the very beginning when the production hall was being built and was one of the first employees at the site. In the maintenance department, he made an important contribution to ensuring smooth operations for many years.

Afterward, the colleagues kicked off a varied program of games and sports. Three teams, selected at random, competed against each other in various athletic disciplines, ranging from goal-wall shooting to basketball and archery. Good spirits and team spirit were the order of the day. In the final round, the most successful participants had another chance to prove their skills.

Of course, refreshments were also provided. Suckling pig, potato salad, and sauerkraut, along with cold drinks, set the stage for a convivial afternoon filled with good music and plenty of conversation.

The summer party was a wonderful opportunity to strengthen team spirit and thank a valued colleague for his hard work.
